Having problems with my new laptop
Oh my gosh-I really got sucked in by these people. I thought I was going to Dell tech support and I too paid $1400 for a "lifetime guarantee" for my computer. Yes supposedly all my devices had viruses etc. so they gained remote access. Ever since I have had terrible problems with pop-ups and supposed Trojans and viruses getting into my laptop. It was too much hassle to ring them (as I never trusted them in the first place and I thought they were supposedly protecting my computer). Today I had to spend another $500 and four hours with another company to clear my computer of all the viruses that I've apparently infected my laptop with, by being told I had to download things (popups kept appearing telling me my computer was at risk) Apparently every time I downloaded something it added another virus to my computer. How lucky am I that my bank accounts haven't been fleeced.......yet!!!!!

Email Restoration Fee Review
Having trouble with my email and somehow ended up calling c4s not msn as I thought. They said they could restore my email password, but have not. In total they tried to rope me in for $497.53, but did not. I resolved the PROBLEM with my credit card Co. I will never do business with click4support. This is a scam Co., and if you want more problems; give them a call.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES I called accidentally thinking they were Lenovo support.
These people are thieves and should be shut down. DO NOT CALL THEM. If there was a way to put them in jail I would pursue it to the extent of the law. This provider came up on a search for Lenovo support on a keyboard issue. I immediately became suspicious when after providing desktop access this *** started to say my network was compromised and they needed access to fix. After I told him that other computers on the network were virus free and protected by both Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. He began to blither on making no sense. I asked him if he was a Lenovo tech; he responded yes. Ultimately he transferred me to a "Microsoft Certified Technician" who tried to sell me a $179.00 service to clean my network up. I hung up and disconnected the desktop access but not before they loaded a virus. I had to do a complete system recovery.

Took money to remove network security problem
A friend had problem sending emails, I removed a browser redirect trojan from the machine, but emails still would not go. I did a web search for Sky support and rang an 0800 number of what appeared to be sky support. They were very helpful, and took ยฃ180 to clear the problem with remote access, and give me 1 year Sky support and security Later when I checked the browser history, it turned out to be click4support and not Sky. Definitely bogus company using browser redirect to get work and then not clearing the problem. Fortunately the bank blocked payment to them

Thought I was calling Facebook support
Looking for support for Facebook via search engine, found a number and made a call. They said they could help. Uploaded software to my computer and said I had viruses. They did some work remotely from there end, "THEN" said I owed them my $398.00 dollars for the service and software. They billed my credit card and never fixed ANY of my problems. I have been calling them and calling them wanting my money back. I had to get ugly with them before they said they would send a credit to my card. I am still fighting with them and never have seen one cent back. Keep telling me oh 10 more days, ah 5 more days. ETC. They have installed spyware on my computer and who knows what else?? SCAM They all have India accents with American names.

"You are being hacked"
Any claims they make about your electronics are false. They only try to rip you off as much as they can. They know how to BILL your credit card but not fix ANYTHING. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will tell you your cell phone is hacked. Then they will tell you they have to remotely log into your computer to make sure you are safe from said hackers. They will tell you everything terrible under the sun. They will attempt to charge you $600. Then they will say, "you know what? b/c of this I can get you 50% off". They they will charge your CC. Then they walk away from your life happy richer and you poorer with nothing done.

Rang to change Belkin password very simple question.
Ended up spending $300 getting rundle files fixed. very forceful wanted to sell me virus protection up to 1000 dollars would not take no for an answer. definitely got ripped off doing some research and can fix rundle errors with a simple cleanup. were not even getting any rundle error messages. took a long time to reset my password, one simple question led to so much trouble. very bad experience. spoke to several consultants and took forever. i tried to cancel payment but left it too late but am going to query it with the bank and put in a complaint.

Computer support
First, the reason I needed help. In April 2013 some *** in Nigeria hijacked my MSN Hotmail business email while I was on it I might add, changed the password and created a new email similar to the one he hijacked all the while using my business contact list to send requests asking for financial assistance. I phoned Hotmail support (three different departments) each one stated that I had no such email account. Now it is important to state that the hijacker successfully removed me as 'the owner' of my account so anyone looking at it from the surface would see that I do not own that account. Hotmail support was in fact useless by always pushing this responsibility to another department round and round it went except one person while deflecting responsibility gave me MSN support who were happy to help and immediately passed me through to there technical support team - who happened to be Click4support. Okay so at first the technician impressed me by locating the hijacked address, shutting down/deleting everything attached to that account. Great! I was happy. Then he also impressed by locating over 12,500 hacks into my computer from Nigeria, USA and Philippines. Gee my virus scanner always told everything was A-Okay but that is yet another complaint. Okay so at this point you can ask yourself what is your complaint about this company? Yes he removed all my hacks but I also noticed he removed a lot of files from my computer. Okay no need to panic even though I did sort of feel like I was now communicating with the very guy who hacked my computer and I was now paying him to steal more stuff. Okay so I was traumatized a little but still had a sense of being taken care of all the while stating that I was willing to pay whatever it took to make things right (ah music to anyones ears). Okay so here it comes. After paying almost $500 CDN for complete two years support, I signed a paper stating that the work was exemplary (I signed on faith). I decided to restart my computer and . . . I now am staring into a black hole. I attempted several times and my computer is just telling me to go %&^*# myself. So luckily I had the support phone number written on a piece of paper because I sure couldn't access it on my computer. I explained what happened and another tech came on, helped me with getting it back up in safe mode, removed a few more files, added one and so it came back to life okay so what is the problem here? I say good bye restart my computer and yes it comes on but all my other computer hardware that requires a pass code has a new code I cannot access. Furthermore my computer is running slow kinda of like FILES ARE MISSING! I made my own attempts to access to no avail so I phone support, sigh! I would like my money back thank you. Yes um sir for me to address you is your email address . . . ? and would you believe that she gave me the email address of the guy who hijacked me LOL. Seriously? I was immediately refunded and to their credit without further explanation but I am now suffering with a computer with half its DNA missing, kind of like trying to have a conversation with a neanderthal humanoid, nothing works well at all in fact it was faster with the hackers on my computer. Well that is my story and although I got my money back it cost me an entire day to just end up in a worse productive situation than I was in and all of this would have been completely unnecessary had click4support done their job and not left my computers functioning like in the stone age, after all, I WAS willing to pay for it.

Called about Printer
I end up speaking to click4support, while searching for a technician for my printer. I was unable to print however fax, scan and copier was working fine. I wanted resolution asap but their technician was slow, I had to esclate it to the manager to fix the issue on Priority to print some important documents. Finally, My issue was resolved in 45mins. After two days I received a call from their customer services team to rate their support. I was very candid and said I had to wait on phone for 45mins. The sweet lady offered me $10 Amazon gift card to compensate for the trouble. I would say it was mixed experience with their service

Click4support - Driver Issue
I called these guys yesterday as my PC had certain drivers missing for my printer. My call got connected to Shawn seemed like sitting idle as tried installing the drivers on my PC FIVE times, rebooted the computer and printer THREE times. He also tried changing the cable through which printer and PC are connected. After spending more than 50 mins. on the call, he understood that the problem was with the windows firewall. Problem was resolved after switching-off the firewall, installing the new antivirus and spending almost 1 hour and 10 minutes. If you guys call click 4 support for a similar problem, do not forget to try this as well. This may save an hour of yours.

Company charged without performing work
I called a tech support outfit to see if my computer was ok. Someone from "Click4support.net" persuaded me to give him my credit card info offering help. After he had my credit card info he disappeared for a long time. I hanged up. Later since I no longer trusted him and the job was not done I cancelled the service. 3 days later when got my message he called and informed that he will charge my card anyway. Beware of this dishonest company named "CLICK4SUPPORT.NET. It is advertised on several "Yahoo Customer Service" and "ComputerTech Support" etc. search pages. Hopefully my information helps future browsers avoid traps like this. John Artandi
