Called about a printer issue. Thought I was calling Kodak but somehow got these scam artists.

Was told I had 50000 infections. After a few phone conversations, and after I had given my credit card number, the session became hours of nightmarish, repetitive garbage from their end. And my computer went blank. I could only open it in safe mode.

I asked to cancel. Then began a series of phone transfers to "supervisors" who had no clue what was going on and who wanted to rehash the whole thing. Said not to worry, they would fix everything....lots of very bad men out there hacking in to steal my stuff. I said "cancel".

Finally, after a couple of hours, I lost it. Yelled. Said to stop talking and cancel the order and refund my money.

Waiting to see if that happens but I cancelled the card. That was yesterday and I am still shaken by the whole thing.
