Dishonest. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE/ NO RETURN PHONE CALLS...

I had a simple question to resolve and contacted this company. They demanded 79.00 on a credit card to hear the question. They charged a total of 207.00 after a 11 minute call even as I stated I did not have the computer question answered. For 7 days I called and I emailed. NO response. My Credit Card company advised me to call their SALES line which they did answer. They "lost the call" 4 times. They promised a supervisor would call at 6:00 AM Saturday morning—thinking I would decline the offer—NO CALL. I called again and with credit card bank ON A CONFERENCE call they said they would send an email that the funds would be credited —BUT THEIR EMAIL SYSTEM WAS "BROKEN" BEWARE!!

I thought I was dealing with Apple Support as this was a phone number connected to apple support.

I called and told them I was trying to correct a issue with my apple address and password they did reassign me a password fix and we went to future help and they would cover me for a period of Five years on net work fix. Unfortunately I had not had a chance to read this reviews and now feel that I may have been had. I would hope that Apple would check into these folks. Like the others unless I can get better assurance I will have to fight with the only help I may have is my bank and I have a grievance filed at this time. Order#80639

Ripped off

I wanted to get apple support but was directed to this site. The whole time I thought I was dealing with an apple rep.they just asked me to plug the phone to my computer and started talking to me about the virus that was supposedly in my computer. .. And they were controlling my phone remotely. A week later by some weird coincidence someone accessed my husband's debit card and bought some $9000 worth of medical books.??????!!!!!!! This is such a shady company and I am slapping my head left and right for stupidly transacting with this scammers. Deal with this company at your own risk

Scammed Big Time

Had a problem downloading an icon onto my new IPhone6' and received an email from Apple saying if I have a problem to call the 188*-884-****. I called that number and they told me someone was trying to get into my computer n they would have to do a cleanup. This problem cost me $400, and I had to cancel my credit card. When asked if they worked for Apple, they informed me that they were the largest computer company in the world working for Apple. I am really pissed that these people are trying to con innocent consumers by pretending who they do not represent. I forwarded email to Apple so that they are aware of company using their names

Click4Support Pretends to be DellTechSupport-Deceptive Marketing/Fraud

I was attempting to call DELL TECH SUPPORT online when I got connected with this business I thought they were DELL. people. They assured they could fix my virus problem. By the time I realized they were not whom I was trying to reach they were doing stuff on my computer. I felt obligated because they were remotely connected to my computer I hesitated to say anything about not doing business with them. In the end through high pressure sales persistence I agreed to pay $2300 to them for their work and life time support for my home network. They also told me that what they were doing with cover my digital TVs and up to 20 other devices in my home. I did not realize they were not Dell until I receive the invoices. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK FROM THEIR 45 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE AND THEY ARE REFUSING. http://www.click4support.net/terms-of-use.html They advise you to follow section 9. 9. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 9.1. As described below, end users who purchase and receive the services from our trained Remote Technology Support Specialists are eligible for the Click4support Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee") as explained on the www.Click4support.net website. 9.2. Refund Process. End Users who meet the requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed. 9.3. Refund requests must be sent via e-mail to refundrequest@***.net. No requests via postal, fax or in person will be accepted. 9.4. Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days after the service is purchased from the Click4support website. 9.5. Refund request must include a detailed report of why you desire a refund. All allegations are subject to review and remote login. A refund will be granted only if Click4support is unable to solve the problem. 9.6. The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. 9.7. Only one Guarantee refund per household per calendar year. 9.8. Click4support does not cover the cost of parts, hardware, software, hardware replacement or repair. Any refund requests from users that experience hardware failure will not be granted, as hardware malfunctions are not insured, covered, or warranted by Click4support or any of it’s affiliates. I have done all of that and they are refusing to refund my $2300. THIS COMPANY PRETENDS THAT THEY ARE – SUPPORT AND THEY NEVER TELL YOU WHO YOU WERE ACTUALLY CALLING. HOW IS THIS STILL HAPPENING TO PEOPLE. EVERY PERSON THAT YOU TALK TO IS IN INDIA, THERE IS A HUGE DELAY WHEN YOU WERE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AND BEEPING. http://www.bbb.org/connecticut/Business-Reviews/information-technology-services/click4support-in-essex-ct-8711****/complaints DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC IMMEDIATELY. http://www.ftc.gov You can file a complaint here. https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt.

Scam artists/bullies

My wife called Comcast support...she thought. Actually got Click4support's number. They proceeded to frighten and bully her into a $600 dollar fix for "international hackers using our computer." And tried to get her to sign up for $1300 more. When I called to try to cancel I got nowhere...now we're stuck with a company that's got a terrible reputation, NOT registered with the Better Business Bureau, with remote access to our computers. Not clear how we will sort this out--I'm going to start by changing our passwords, keeping an eye out for unauthorized charges to credit cards. I am one very pissed off consumer.

Still calling me even though I cancelled

Sadly, I fell for their call and paid to have them "fix" my computer (they said they were going to put me on a temporary server and shut me down within an hour if I didn't comply). Had second thoughts and managed to cancel their "service" and got a refund. Also, wound up having Norton go through my laptop and remove everything they installed. Still getting calls from them with the same bogus claims, fake caller id numbers, and misrepresentations. Also, they keep insisting I'm still under their plan (even though I got a refund). Repeatedly told them to put me on do not call list but they still keep calling.

If you take the time to read their website you will soon notice the english is not correct and words are missing from sentences!

Ugh!! Now I will try to recover some of the hundreds of dollars they scammed me for!!

Got sucked right into the computer and almost drowned.

I just dragged my brain through your written complains regarding Click4support, which I now refer to them, C4S. The complaints I reviewed I know were written sincerely and in truth. I could have copied many of the complaints and passed them along as mine! As They used the exact words which parallel my very own. Therefore I am contributing my own scenario. C4S personel tend to be clever, like a hyena and have the knack of leading a perfectly intelligent persons feel, ***, vulnerable, used, And C4S have swept us all a dirt pile thinking they have duped on us AND sold us PROTECTION we didn't need, us, with just one lousy phone calll, so clever, that, call, one that would make many professionals and others think in a flash of all the work produced in the past days on THAT computer and what about, all the years before That we were led to belive that just went by' by', gone up in smoke into a fast growing Planet called ''Please no' just as we were led to think. OH GOD! Think of all the hard work we have been produced in the years past, and stuff as recent as yesterday, hey, 10 even minutes!ago would be floating in thin air, slowly gaining momentum and head tight into the *** hands of the many all my illustrations, hundred of them just gone!. But never fear, for C4S will rescue us. And we all fell for it..including me, and my $999.O0 that when I called in panic to cancel the *** agreement, which I signed, I said, " under duress" and I was canceling before 45 days were " no problem they " answered, No Problem And their wasn't UNTILL the 45 days were up and I found they had charged my Visa card the $999.00 and that was that. Note. I finally got $645.00 returned, they said but not to expect it for 5-to 6weeks. Sure! Not through yet.. Silver Falcon Studio

Be careful about up selling! poor customer service

This company eventually fixed virus problem-not right away, for $199- and then a tech arm twisted me into buying a 3 year $299 service package I didn't call for. Shortly after I called back trying to cancel that, they said they would contact "billing", i.e, customer service, who would return my call-didn't happen. I called myself, had to leave a voice mail, never heard anything until a week later when charge posted. I finally got them to *** the security package and $299 after some finagling. Bottom line is, yes they fixed problem (took my calling them back) , but customer service is poor. Would not recommend them. And, their techs are hard to understand do to language barriers. Sadly, there are many companies like this gouging people-I'm NOT saying they did- I know of much worse cases than mine, including two of the credit card people I spoke to during my week long wait for the posting(they did not mean this co.)

Click4support.net browbeat me to buy $1198 worth of computer security packages

I was referred o C4S by Verizon.net. IN hopes of clearing up an email problem. They sold me a cleaning package for $599. Then went on to try to sell me a $799 lifetime security package. When I balked at the price the representative at C4S said he would speak to the manager ab out reducing the cost to $599 thus saving me $200. I became suspicious at that point , but was anxiety ridden by constant problems with my Verizon email. Reluctantly I submitted to the pressure and consented to purchase the reduced cost security package. Being suspicious drove me to investigate C4S as a potential scammer. I did find that scam advisor rated this site as not safe to use - a low trust rating.

Friendly Representatives @ a company that delivers *** Shady Service

My relationship with Click4support lasted 11 days. Day 1: Alex was the most courteous representative i'd ever spoken to although i began to raise an eyebrow when he asked me to access my email account to verify that he had sent the electronic receipt while we were conversing. 45 minutes to clean my computer then i asked for a diagnoses. William was multi-tasking and not being very direct. For a day it seemed my computer was no longer sluggish. There was a short cut button left to clean my computer. I decided to check the icon's status: it was outdated. Immediately i called customer service and was forced to leave a message. Suddenly reps are emailing me alleging they were unable to reach me via my landline when i had given an alternate number the first day i completed the profile info. I demanded a refund! "I DONT WANNA PLAY PHONE TAG WITH A COMPANY THAT PROMISED 24 HOUR SERVICE" I exclaimed. The female apologized and my credit card was credited within 3 days. 2 weeks later, I began receiving calls from reps alleging my name was selected to receive a goverment grant. I'm not sure if those reps were affiliated with click4support but after i used profanity my computer is moving sluggishly again.

I called a number that was listed as Avira. I thought I was dealing with Avira.

Before I realized they were in my computer and telling me things that did not make sense. I ended up hanging up on them after they told me I would have to pay $700.00 to fix a virus. ( we could hardly understand him with his thick accent)He called himself Mark Anderson. I sure his real name was Muhammed "Smith" After hanging up I realized this guy was a fake. I called him back and asked to speak to another person. He said yes, put me on hold and came back to the line as another person. I called his bluff and he argued with me. I asked him who he was and he said he was the manager. Do not deal with this company. They are scammers.

Ripped off my 87 year old Mom

My mother was having some problems with her computer, and clicked on a link to a supposed tech help center. When she called them for help, they said her PC, I-Pad,Mac, and wi-fi all had viruses, and that they could fix all of the problems with her computer. They obtained remote access to all of these devices, (probably installed their malware ***) and then charged her $1,499.00!!!! They used scare tactics, telling her everyone could see her online banking and credit accounts. (They are the ones who could see it now). It took her awhile to tell us about it. She was embarrassed when she figured out they were a scam. Reported them to the fraud dept of her credit card and will be following up with a report to the FTC and State Attorney General's office. Do not do any business with these crooks!

Call the FTC and FBI for sure- if you call them back make sure to record everything they say. This EXACT thing happened to my mother just two days ago for the same amount ( in two sep.

transcactions).

Will also be calling the media and becoming very loud about this as we HAVE called them back numerous times and they say that they will call back with in a set time frame and they dont. Its called FRAUD.
